Ever wish someone could just help you figure out what to do with the house so you can stop spiraling and start moving forward?

Hi, I’m Amy, and I help women navigate the real estate side of divorce so you can feel clear, supported, and confident in what comes next… instead of overwhelmed by decisions you were never prepared to make.

Amy, the Breakup Broker, with blonde hair in a short bob, wearing a teal blouse, dark jeans, and gray ankle boots, standing in a modern kitchen with a marble countertop, wooden cabinets, and a laptop open in front of her.
A smiling woman with glasses holding an open book with bold text on the right saying 'Fuck this shit' and a quote on the left page that reads 'Sometimes the only closure you need is understanding you deserve better' by Bradley Richardson.

I never want you to feel like you have to figure this out alone.

Or spend hours down Google rabbit holes trying to piece together answers.

Or make a rushed decision about your home because someone told you to “just sell and move on.”

Or take advice from people who don’t understand the full picture, financially, emotionally, or logistically.

Because I know what it feels like when everything is changing…and suddenly you’re expected to make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life without a clear roadmap.

You deserve to feel calm. Clear. In control.

To understand your options before making decisions.
To move at a pace that feels right for you.
To make choices that support your next chapter—not just your current situation.

When I was going through my own divorce, I had one advantage: I already understood real estate.

A woman with blonde hair, glasses, wearing a pink jacket, sitting on a white sofa, holding a smartphone.

I had the knowledge, the experience, and the ability to navigate the process, which gave me just enough mental space to focus on everything else that comes with a life transition like that.

But what if I didn't?

But what if I didn't?

But I kept thinking…

What if I didn’t?

What if I was trying to figure out home values, buyouts, timelines, and options…while also navigating the emotional weight of everything else?

And then I started seeing it everywhere, women asking questions online and getting bad advice. Incomplete answers. Misleading information. Oversimplified solutions to very complex situations.

That was the moment it clicked.

That’s why I created The Breakup Broker.

Not as a traditional real estate business.
But as a space where women can come to get clear, honest, grounded guidance—without pressure, without confusion, and without feeling like they’re being “sold” something.

Because sometimes the right answer isn’t selling the house.

Sometimes it’s staying in the home.

Sometimes it’s selling and starting fresh.

Sometimes it’s simply understanding your options

Once I moved through my own divorce and settled the real estate side of things, I realized something bigger:

Two women having a conversation in a bright, minimalistic room. One woman is facing away from the camera, wearing a dark floral top, and the other woman is facing the camera, wearing a pink jacket and smiling.

This wasn’t just something I was good at.

It was something I was meant to do.

I had already built a career in real estate, but bringing that expertise into the divorce space in a more intentional, heart-led way changed everything.

Now, I get to help women go from overwhelmed and uncertain…to clear, empowered, and ready to move forward.

And that transformation? It never gets old.

I support women virtually across the country and around the world, providing clear, grounded real estate guidance during one of life’s most overwhelming transitions.

As a licensed agent in Massachusetts and Florida, I also work hands-on in those markets and connect women everywhere with trusted, vetted professionals.

But more than anything, I’m here to help you slow things down, understand your options, and take your next step with confidence.

Going through a divorce or breakup is hard enough.

Figuring out what to do with your home doesn’t have to be.
I’m here to walk you through it, one step at a time.
